  • Users can make a request online at any point for a refund (also referred to as a withdrawal or cashout). However, all cash out requests will be processed only after deducting all the deductible amounts as per the Terms and Conditions listed at https://www.9stacks.com/safe/tnc, or, as per the applicable laws of various jurisdictions in India
  • A cash-out request will be accepted subject to deposit method restrictions, bonus restrictions and / or Security Reviews. For instance, if the User has availed of any deposit bonuses that are associated with restricted cashouts, then the LLP will first check that all such restrictions have been met, before processing any cashouts.
  • The cash out amount will be net of all transaction and processing costs, TDS deductions and other levies, etc.
  • Neither prize money nor balance can be redeemed for any other prize nor can it be transferred.
  • A cashout can only be made to a bank account, not to any credit card / debit card / wallet or any other payment instrument.
  • A User can store one or more bank accounts in his/her 9stacks player account, but each of them has to belong to the User. A User cannot request a cashout to any other person’s bank account.
  • When a User stores new bank account details for the first time, 9stacks will carry out an automated or manual verification of the said details, and the User consents to the same. In addition, the User will need to submit a scan of a cheque leaf / bank passbook / account statement clearly showing the bank account holder’s name, and that has to match the name submitted by the User at the time of KYC verification
  • Verification of a new bank account can take up to 2 working days. Working days exclude all bank holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Once an account is added and verified, 9stacks attempts to process all cashout requests within the shortest time possible. For the first cashout request made by a User, this would be up to 2 working days. For subsequent requests, as the User makes more cashouts and there is more playing history, this time would progressively reduce and would eventually come down to around 2 hours for automated processing of all those requests where our system does not flag any unusual behaviour. For cashout requests that are flagged for manual verification, it would take up to 2 working days to process the same. Manual verification of transactions would happen only on normal working days during normal working hours.
  • Although cashout processing will be made as soon as possible, if there is a requirement for any additional Anti-fraud / Compliance Reviews, payments may be delayed and withheld with us beyond 2 working days.
